STORE POLICY

All services at Royalty Beauty Parlor are provided by appointment only. We ask that you please arrive on time to ensure the best service experience. If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may result in a cancellation fee.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your experience at Royalty Beauty Parlor. If you are unsatisfied with any service, please let us know immediately so we can work to correct it.

For any product purchases, items must be returned within 14 days of purchase, unopened and in their original packaging for a full refund. Opened products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons. All sales on custom wigs and extensions are final.

By scheduling an appointment or making a purchase, customers agree to abide by these policies. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Hair Services Policy – No Refunds or Redos After Leaving Premises
​

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, Royalty Beauty Palour provides all hair services with due care and skill.

​

Clients are required to inspect and approve their hair service in full before leaving the salon. Once the client has exited the premises, the service is deemed to have been completed to the client’s satisfaction.

Please note the following conditions apply strictly:

​

  • No refunds will be issued once the client has left the salon.

  • No re-dos, corrections, or adjustments will be provided after departure.

  • Any concerns, dissatisfaction, or requested changes must be raised immediately prior to leaving the salon, allowing our team the opportunity to assess and address the issue at that time.

  • We are not responsible for changes in appearance due to aftercare, styling, maintenance, or personal preference once the client has left.
